Holding a Master’s I degree from the Law University of Ho Chi Minh City (major in Criminal Law) and a Certificate of Training in Intellectual Property.

Before joining us in 2011, Dang already combined a 5 years-professional experience in a law firm and a multinational enterprise (real estate and construction matters) and therefore specialises in real estate issues in addition to intellectual property matters.

Our clients benefit from his 10+ years of experience during their implementation and business development phase.

Being trained in dispute resolution, he also takes care of trade disputes and supervises all litigation matters relating to business in Vietnam.

As a senior associate, he participates to the training of interns and junior lawyers of our team, publishes articles on legal update and insights, and represents our law firm in various business events.
