Duong Thanh Bao completed the Thesis in French on the subject of “The Conflict Between Trademark and Domain Name”, and achieved a Bachelor’s degree in the Advanced Education Program with Intensive French in the Faculty of Civil – Commerce – International at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

In addition, Bão was trained in IDECAF to be granted a Diploma of Professional
Legal French (DFP Juridique) from the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce
and Industry and is on the verge of becoming a qualified lawyer at the Ho Chi Minh City Bar.

Prior to joining FIDAL ASIATTORNEYS in 2019 as a Junior Associate, Bão had experienced his 06-month internships at a local law firm specializing in Intellectual Property.

Bão has majored on investment and corporate laws, in particular, share/capital
transfer and business reorganization. He has advised our clients on the feasibility of market entry and required licenses for their specific businesses. He has also been involved in assisting our client with the resolution of trade and civil disputes from pre-litigation phase to arbitration or court proceedings phase.
